Proof of reserves

Every SWM circulating on a spoke chain must be backed by spendable SWM in the bridge wallet on the SWARM mainnet. Start allocations that existed before the bridge are shown separately and are not counted as backing until they are funded. The bridge service checks this continuously against the chains.
